Welcome to WP Auto Post. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WP Auto Post mobile application (“App”), operated by WP Auto Post (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Definitions

“Service” refers to all features and functionality provided through the App, including AI-powered content generation, WordPress publishing, WooCommerce product management, and related tools.

“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

“Content” refers to any text, articles, product descriptions, images, data, or other materials generated, uploaded, or published through the Service.

“Subscription” refers to a paid recurring plan (Lite or Professional) that grants access to enhanced features and usage quotas.

“Credits” or “Lookups” refer to consumable units that allow you to perform product lookups or content generation actions within the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions.

4. Description of Service

WP Auto Post provides the following features:

  • AI-Powered Article Generation: Create SEO-optimized articles using artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) with customizable author personas, topics, and content feeds
  • WordPress Publishing: Publish generated articles directly to your WordPress website via the WordPress REST API, including Yoast SEO metadata integration
  • WooCommerce Product Management: Generate and publish product listings to your WooCommerce store, including single product and bulk import modes
  • Author Management: Create and manage multiple AI author profiles with customizable writing styles, topics, and WordPress credentials
  • Subscription Plans: Access tiered features through Lite and Professional subscription plans
  • Credit Packs: Purchase additional product lookup credits as needed

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans: The App offers paid subscription plans (Lite and Professional) with different feature sets and usage quotas. Plan details, pricing, and included features are displayed within the App.

5.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.

5.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

5.5 Credit Packs: Additional lookup credits may be purchased as one-time, non-refundable in-app purchases. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable.

5.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change.

5.7 Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Third-Party AI: The App uses OpenAI’s API to generate content. By using the content generation features, you also agree to comply with OpenAI’s usage policies.

6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing or using it in any context.

6.3 Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you generate through the App, subject to any applicable third-party licenses. However, you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users.

6.4 Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit
  • Spam, phishing, or misleading
  • Designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate
  • In violation of any applicable laws or regulations

6.5 Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you generate, publish, and distribute through the Service. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of AI-generated content.

7. WordPress and WooCommerce Integration

7.1 Your Credentials: You are responsible for providing valid WordPress and WooCommerce API credentials. We store these credentials securely but are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on your end.

7.2 Your Website: You are solely responsible for your WordPress website, its configuration, security, and compliance with applicable laws. Publishing content through the App does not transfer responsibility for that content to us.

7.3 Third-Party Services: The App interacts with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Yoast SEO, which are third-party services. We are not responsible for any issues, outages, or changes to these third-party services that may affect the App’s functionality.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service beyond its intended use
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your account or access to the Service
  • Circumvent any usage limits, quotas, or technical restrictions
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property: The App, including its design, code, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by WP Auto Post and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

9.2 Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

9.3 Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
  • The AI-generated content will be free from errors, plagiarism, or bias

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WP AUTO POST, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any content generated, published, or transmitted through the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct related to the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WP Auto Post and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you generate, publish, or distribute through the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

14. Termination

14.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the App settings.

14.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

14.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any accrued rights and obligations, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, shall survive.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

16.3 Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

16.4 International Users: If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. The Service is operated from the United States, and we make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WP Auto Post regarding the Service.

17.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

17.5 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet/infrastructure failures.
